Subscriber Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using our services:

• Sharing account access with unauthorized third parties

• Harassing or threatening our staff members or other clients

Intellectual Property Rights

All planning methodologies, templates, and proprietary content remain the intellectual property of Soneraphylox. Subscribers receive limited usage rights for personal financial planning only.

Your personal and financial information is protected under our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Subscription Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fees of $250 are charged in advance. All prices include applicable VAT. Representative APR varies based on payment method selected. Commission fees may apply to certain payment processors.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. Access to consultation services terminates at the end of the current billing cycle.

Liability Limitations

Soneraphylox's liability is limited to the monthly subscription amount paid. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from implementation of discussed strategies. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

User Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Soneraphylox harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through Malaysian court system or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as appropriate under local law.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for residents within Malaysia.

Severability Clause

If any provision of this disclaimer is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between Soneraphylox and subscribers.

Terms Modifications

Soneraphylox reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription relationship. Soneraphylox reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
